Help Shape the Future of Conference Manager

Explore the proposed conference workflows, share your feedback, and help shape the next iteration.

Conference Manager is the fourth design review in our product redesign series. It is also the first module outside the enrollment core.

Unlike course sections, conferences are standalone events with their own registration workflows and page behaviors. This session explores how those differences shape the product experience and where the interface needs to adapt.

As with the previous sessions, we'll review each Conference Manager page in two parts: how it works today, followed by the proposed redesign and the thinking behind it. We'll also revisit the design patterns introduced throughout the series, including tabs, the fixed save bar, and the search and results layouts, to confirm where they work well and where conference workflows call for a different approach.

We'll also share what we learned from the checkout review and provide updates on the design decisions that have been finalized since our last session.

This is a one-hour working session, not a product demo. Bring your questions and, if possible, the colleague who manages conferences or events at your institution.
