Will there be changes in product cost?
No, your existing contract terms will remain.
Will schools that only use one Modern Campus product be given less attention?
Absolutely not. Our customers can choose what’s the right fit for them and our level
of service will remain the same.
Will there be any changes to support methods from DIGARC, Presence and Modern Campus?
No, there will be no changes to how we support you. Our world-class, award-winning support teams will continue working with you and answering your questions as quickly as possible.
Will there be any changes to the Modern Campus platform and any of your products?
Modern Campus has no plans to reduce functionality of any of our products. We will
focus on integrating them as this will provide significant value to customers. On
top of this, we will invest in our platform to continue driving product innovation to serve our customers’ needs.
Will products that I am using be dependent on use of other Modern Campus products
in the future?
No, customers will not be forced to use other Modern Campus products to continue using their existing
products.
If I have multiple contracts, will they be combined as one?
Contracts will remain separate. If customers would like to align their contracts together, we can explore the possibility on a case-by-case basis.
For those who have agreements with either DIGARC or Presence, do I need to wait until
my current contract is finished to be on a more streamlined contract from Modern Campus?
It is up to you. You do not need to wait until your original agreement ends. If you
would like to extend to adapt your partnership with us, reach out to your current contact.
With the merger, will apps and websites that are developed continue to be user-friendly?
We are a customer-obsessed organization, and Modern Campus is focused on user experience, customer happiness and success.
When can I start using other products from Modern Campus?
You can use any of our products immediately.

As more products are added under the Modern Campus brand, can I pick and choose the
one we want to use at our campus and use them at the level we want to?
Yes, individual products will be available for purchase, and we will honor your current contract(s).
We use multiple products from Modern Campus and we are interested to see how our products
will integrate. What product changes can we anticipate?
We have already started planning to enhance integration among Modern Campus products. Customers are encouraged to provide input and ideas by leveraging existing customer success channels.
When will the full suite of Modern Campus products be integrated?
We are working on this and our goal is to offer seamless integration not only between Modern Campus’ products, but with other products in your existing ecosystem, including student information systems and finance systems.
Will there be a demo session to show how products can be implemented?
We will be scheduling several sessions focused on specific product areas. Please stay tuned for more information.
Will you continue supporting integration with third-party software such as PeopleSoft?
Many of our products already have deep real-time and two-way, bi-directional integration with PeopleSoft. Modern Campus guarantees that we will
continue to invest heavily in the third-party SIS capabilities.
When will the Modern Campus customer conference be held?
Modern Campus Momentum is scheduled for March 6-9, 2022, in Orlando, FL.
What can we expect from Modern Campus Momentum?
You can expect the best from our previous customer conferences, OUTC, Grow!, DIGARCU and Momentum. We’ll have exciting, thought-provoking keynotes, and deep, product-focused tracks built specifically for our product users. And of course, expect the networking and entertainment our conferences are famous for!
