Modern Campus Wins Silver Stevie® Award for Customer Service Management Team of the Year

Award Recognizes Modern Campus’s Continued Dedication to Customer Success 


TORONTO – April 6, 2022 – Modern Campus, the leading engagement platform for higher education, has once again been recognized for excellence in customer service with a Silver Stevie® Award for Customer Service Management Team of the Year. 

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development and sales professionals. The Stevie Awards organizes eight of the world’s leading business awards programs, also including the prestigious American Business Awards® and International Business Awards®. 

The Stevie Awards for Customer Service Management Team of the Year recognizes excellence in customer service leadership and highlights the accomplishments of leading customer service and contact centers for their achievements. The award, marking the 13th win by Modern Campus, recognizes the company’s dedication to supporting customer success and impact to its more than 1,800 postsecondary customers, including colleges, universities and education providers of all sizes.

More than 2,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry, in 51 nations, were considered in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 150 professionals worldwide on eight specialized judging committees.  

Modern Campus is recognized for this award because of its Customer Success team’s adaptability to a fast-changing environment and for the company’s specific focus on customer success through transition. Through 2021, Modern Campus adopted its new brand and acquired three companies—integrating nuCloud, DIGARC and Presence into its platform of Destiny One and Omni CMS. In fact, the success in supporting customers through these acquisitions provided Modern Campus the ability to continue its acquisitions through 2022, welcoming Augusoft and Signal Vine in January 2022. 

To maintain its focus on customer success while managing scale, Modern Campus created a Chief Customer Success Officer position and transitioned the acquired companies into a single support architecture. This way, Modern Campus was able to maintain its existing customer relationships while also addressing any potential gaps in service quality.
